You can create this setup using Nova Launcher and KWGT Kustom Widget Maker. You can use this theme on any Android phone without rooting your Android phone. For your convenience, I have given the backup file of Nova Setup. By restoring this backup file, your data is reduced by more than half. All you need to do is set the widget and wallpaper and your setup theme is ready.

Widget - Magic Kwgt
Here I have used Magic Widget KWGT for The Devil eye Nova setup for Android Homescreen. G This widget is available with Green LineX Icon Pack. This widget and icon pack is available for free on Google Play Store. So if you want to download Magic Widget then you first install click below download link. To set up the KWGT widget, when you back up the Nova setup file, a black blank area is created for the widget on the home screen of the phone. You can set up the widget by clicking on that blank area.
I have used No #055 and a widget from minimal kwgt in this setup. You can also use it without the download widget applications. Just download the backup file of the KWGT widget by clicking on the download button.
Wallpaper - The Devil's eye HD [4K] Wallpaper
Whether it is Nova Launcher or any other launcher, the key to setup is Wallpaper. Your setup is incomplete without wallpaper. The wallpaper used in this setup is the Devil's eye Wallpaper. which is downloaded from Pinterest Application so the credit for the wallpaper goes to this app.

Step 1: Download the Nova Launcher App
First, download the Nova Launcher app from the Google Play Store. This is a free launcher app that will let you customize the look and feel of your Android device.

Step 2: Install KWGT Kustom Widget and KWGT Pro Key
Once you have the Nova Launcher app installed, then you will need to download and install the KWGT widget from Google Play Store. This is a free application, but the KWGT pro key is not free on Google Play Store. So you can download the KWGT Pro key free on my website.
Step 3: Set Wallpaper For the Theme
Now you have to set the wallpaper used for the Devil eye theme on the home screen of your phone.
Step 4: Change the Icon Pack
Now that the wallpaper is set. Hold on to the Home screen and go to the Nova set. Choose the Look & Fell option then click on icon style. Now select the icon pack that requires The Devil eye theme in the icon theme option.
Step 5: Apply the Devil eye setup theme
Now this time You have to apply the Devil eye nova backup file on your phone Which is very easy. First, hold on to the home screen and go to Nova Settings. Now click on the backup and restore option. Click on the Restore Backup option. Now the file manager of your phone will open. Select the backup file that you have downloaded A warning message will appear, click on OK Just the whole theme of your phone will be changed
Step 6: Import and Export the KWGT widget
Open the KWGT Kustom Widget maker application. Click on import and select the backup file of the KWGT widget. If you have 2 or 3 backups then one by one select the KWGT widget.
Step 7: Add a widget on the Home screen
Once you have imported the backup of kwgt widget. Just by clicking on the block area made for the widget on the home scheme, add the widget to be set there and click on save.
Step 8: Enjoy Your New Look
